Well... you see, the black car currently doesn't have a fuel filter. That means contaminants could get in. At the junkyard, I see a fuel filter. It could be clogged, it could be good. If it's good, then I see nothing bad about a free fuel filter? If it's clogged, then big shit, I have a trash can and I'll go buy a new one. So what's wrong with that?
