Turbo's can make more power but they produce more heat, have lag, and are not as easy to drive but like what 722ish said it all depends on the setup. I perfer a s/c myself but everyone is different.
And on the other hand you have parasitic loss with a supercharger as well as it being less efficient.
I would say, look around and do some research. Find out what others have done with both turbos and superchargers and make your pick.
