I just gotta hunch, okay....just a hunch. Take the gas tank cap off, start the bike up (almost full on gas) and let it idle. Rev it and such. I'm thinking maybe you might not have enough venting in your tank?
that's a good thought.. no idea if its it. but can't hurt to try.
