your gonna need shorter shocks to go much lower. Koni has a shortened racing shock application for the civics which should cross to your GSR.. or get some cheap adjustable length dampers. k-sport, Megan, D2. you know the usual suspects.

A good Damper will make a HUGE difference. since under damping and bottoming out (bumpstops) is the primary cause of "ghetto bounce" but a shorter shock will come with a shortened bump stops.
