As I was hydroplaning over Gandy Bridge, I noticed it was raining.
I arrived at Parkside Target about 1005AM.30 minutes later, I made a loop of the parking lot and headed to the interstate. As I crossed the drawbridge to the Fort, fishermen in T-shirts lined the bridge edges. When I drove up to the meet it was not raining.

Considering that Sweed and Sam were loaded with coolers and sodas and were willing to drive about 2 hourss from Gainesville, and that he organized the meet, it was pretty easy for me to take the short drive that I made, and spend the 85 cents for tolls.
Earlier someone had told me that it was raining in the bay and that I was going to get wet. My reply was that I was going to get wet that night anyway when I took my shower.....

I appreciate the people who showed up and I had a great time. It was interesting to see the metallic wrap that Sweed was working on. I found it interesting to see how the CRX louvres were constructed on Steve's DOHC car. Later on it started raining, but we cooked and ate burgers and dogs anyway.

I especially appreciate that when Seekerone saw on this thread that some people were't able to bring things, he drove up with burgers, buns, charcoal and other stuff. SleeperLX of South Side Customs brought us more hotdogs and buns than we could eat.
There is another meet coming, bigger and better, and you will hear about it on TR.-Bob
