All vacuum lines have been checked too btw.
hmmm sounds like it has to be fuel or spark. check all the electrical connections having to do with the coils and maybe do a plug cut. by that I mean pull the plugs and make sure the all look clean and nice, but its better to put new ones in for this. then take it out and make it do the breaking up for a bit, hit the kill switch and coast it to somewhere safe, then take it home and pull the plugs. look for anything different than they were before or than the others. that will atleast lead you to what cyl the issue is in. go from there based on what you see, if its black. its getting fuel, if its whiter than others it might be a fuel issue.
