Go to undash fuse box and make sure Fuse 8 and 5 are 20 amp. These are for passenger side and driver side. Fuses 4 5 7 8 are all 20 amp and are for Four door models.
Move onto the switches.
1.Does passenger side operate fine from passenger side switch?
if no remove switch and with a 12 gauge jumper jump blu/blk to blu/red for down then blu/blk to blu/grn for up. If window goes up and fine with jumper then window regulator and motor are good. Hook switch back up.
2. Move over to Drivers side remove switch
jump wht/yel to red/yel for up wht/yel to red/blu for down
do window move smoothly up and down? Then window regulator and motor are good.
Hook everything back up and isolate the problem to either the drivers side switch or passenger switch( if any problem with passenger side)
If the window regulators and motor operates fine with the jumper I would look at replacing the drivers side power window switch.
