You can see that there is a chunk taken out of the bottom side of one of the front pieces It is not visible once installed. The front lip is straight and compliments the S4 bumper nicely w/o being so low that it gets caught on everything. Considering the age and the material that their made out of, these pieces are in pretty good condition.

This is the aero kit with (optional) mudflaps (There is an interest thread about remanufacturing the mudflaps somewhere...
