I'd still run NT05's because they're the cheapest and still one of the best. But I'm glad falken is doing something finally. I was hoping for a redesigned tread that wasnt asymetrical and totally shitty in the rain. Hopefully in the next year or two they'll update the tread to something a little more street friendly.

The tire is lighter which is also a plus since the old ones were pretty heavy.

Also he said he "noticed" the change right away, the three laps where just to get solid data. I'd like to see how much time if any he shaved off with the new compound tires. But he is also sponsered by them so what ever he says is also somewhat biased already.
