well..., PIAA super rozza's don't seem to hold there value like their owners wish they did. I think it has to do with a few things, 1. PIAA SR's are just Work's old model 2. most the time people pay more for the originals used than the PIAA's used? 700 with tires is crackhead for 20"s though.

That being said if you are serious he may negotiate some...but his price isn't ridiculous either.
