it isn't a very common thing... people that are into nissans are either driving 240sx's or 300zx's everything else falls into the "not common" part of car building and tuning.
That's one thing that you're gonna have to get used to coming from the honda world. on the honda side, pretty much everything has already been done and a write up has been made on it somewhere. With this truck, you have to figure it out. If running the wires and what not isn't that big of a deal, then get a 240 harness and ecu and go from there. That might be the best/easiest route for you given your back ground. Once you have that all set up, then you can treat your motor as if it was a 240 which should open up a lot of information for ya. Getting the manifold on and running is going to be mainly up to you to figure out. That link I posted up top should guide you through most of it, or at least point you in the right direction.
