Cleanliness, maybe ease of running an intake pipe? Not really much other than that.
no offense to the average joe, but does it really take that much know how to cut the un needed plugs off, tape up exposed wires, and run new ones? Maybe I do take the ability to think for granted...
and I thought the 240 manifold flowed better... some forums that come up with you search for info on the manifold swap have people saying the manifold swap makes like 20 more HP... I don't know what the trucks put down stock, so I don't know if it is even a reasonable claim... hell, that 20 hp probably just comes from a non-leaking intake manifold gasket....
