need help! ....new developments
ok, so i got my new ecu and car ran great the whole day. then the next day it started mis-firing like hell, the eventualy cylinders 1&4 we're firing at all. so i went to my friends house to swap coil packs and see if that was the issue. well i couldn't do that cause i have a 95 and he has a 99..bummer. but after taking my coil off and then back on, the car ran beautifull the next day.
now yesterday i went to and came home from work without any issues, and then went to cash my check and it started missing again. so i try making it home as best and smooth as i can, and barely did. well me thinking its the coil, i take it off and plug it back in again. Then go to another friends house and it ran good, but then again, barely made it home. mean while, everytime it acts up i'm getting more pissed. but then i had to go to the store for dinner which is literaly 1.2 miles down the road, and i figured i'd make it. wrong. car wont even start. it'll turn over but has no spark what so ever.
so thinking its the coil I went and got one. it didn't fix the problem.. now i know i need to check the cam and crank sensor, as well as the main relay. but i wanna know if anyone has any input on my issue, anything else i should check that i may not be thinking of. i know a car not starting could be tons of things, but hopefully with what info i gave you someone will have some advice before i blow up this car.
thank you
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ok, so i don't have power to my crank sensor, cam sensor, coilpack, or fuel pump. so i'm assuming its my main relay. does anyone else feel the same? it's the only thing other then the ecu that i know controls all of those things.
