I'm sure this setup could make over 600+whp at 30psi with more tuning and dialing the cams in... According to the logs it was at 27psi when it made 525whp, and it had more in it... I just decided it would be easier to go another route, and I have a few tricks up my sleeve for a new build... As I said before, if your combustion chambers are machined out to 84mm, you would be able to run a stock thickness headgasket which would bring the compression up, and a GSR head would also yield higher compression than the head I am using... With those two changes, this setup would be right around 9:1....
This block would also be great for building a big stroker motor with a deck plate, or just switch the pistons out for some higher compression pistons, and have a sick all motor, nitrous, or even high compression + boost setup...
This block will handle damn near anything you throw at it...
