My car is throwing a code for this, I've never heard of such a thing.

Basically, what is it...and how do i fix it? I'm assuming it has something to do w/ wiring? Whoever had my car before me rigged this thing up:


I don't know wtf that is, or why it's there. Could that be it? It's in a 99 honda civic. It was throwing this code before I swapped the motor, now it still is.

Before someone says google it... I have, I can't find anything helpful.
