John, I've been going through the same. Since I want to lighten my S14, replacing fenders, hood, and bumper means I've definitely looked into the kouki and S15 conversion. I'm hesitant on the kouki b/c the front looks to sharp on the S14 body. I'm hesitant on the S15 b/c I want my car to be a classic. I'm trying really hard to find e-spec headlights or the clear plastic lense covers.

Another tough thing is that there are few front bumpers that look clean for the zenki AND are made of urethane.

Get the wheels 1st b/c that's a lot of shame rolling w/ a kit w/no wheels.
