European TT Supras come with a hood scoop, 3 of my friends drive Supras, 2 of them are NA, one is a single swap TT.....the two NAs have hoods like that one in the video.

And since almost all Russians are ricers, I really doubt the Supra owner of video changed the hood because a scoop looks so much faster.
