So the people that hit my car and are at fault. (Legally parked in the street they backed up into me and left, I watched it happen, they got cited with improper backing)

Seem to be ignoring their ins. Company, they keep telling me that they cannot contact their insured/havent heard back etc. They are blatantly at fault, what can I do in this situation?

Can anyone help out? I'm almost to the point of going to their house, but i'm sure nothing good will come out of that.
