Default WTB rims with tires max $450 cash in hand will buy by the end of this week
Wtb Rims with tires I have $450 cash. Currently I'm riding on a 2" drop on a ep3 so no chrome out rims or anything bigger than 17"

*note* tires must have at least 70% or more tread
