You're doing it right...plenty of notice to plan days off......date appearing in the subject line.......has both a flyer as well as typing out the details.....for people who have slow downloads...

The last thing to eliminate excuses from non-attendees would be a map.
....LOL......

this Saturday 23 Jan? We are collecting at Univ Mall parking garage around 9AM for an any-car-welcome cruise over to there.
