S techs are almost no stiffer then stock and to low for full length shocks. so they are a loose/loose. you can get some 1/2 way decent coilovers if you don't need adjustable damping for less then shocks and springs.

Ground control.. this was a good solution 20 years ago when threaded body shocks were not available, now it's just another way to frustrate yourself since by the time you buy a good enough shock to damp a 300#+ spring you are back at the price for an entry level coil over set.

Eibach Pro-kit, or some of the springs by Megan/K-sport are decent compromises as they increase spring rate but not so much as to overpower a decent replacement damper. if your car has > 75,000 miles it's time to change the stock shocks anyway. so get some decent shocks and springs or entry level coil overs and you'll be happy.

S-tech is a style only spring, and while you can drive the car you will be riding on the bump-stops part of the time.. Tein is over-rated crap.. and you can get much better stuff at lower prices.

I know there is a GR2 app for that car.. if you want to call the shop we can also custom build somthing to work 813-333-1100
