Default b16 turbo/oil out exhaust when driving normal

Excuse the old shared_user name....havent been on here in 6 years...
Im on my second turbo setup and now im seeing oil comming out of the exhaust? No oil in IC piping. Had to get smaller jet for oil inline feed because sendng more oil then could drain which resulted in oil commin thru seal of turbo and out exhaust..Not sure of my problem..bottom end built, have crankcase ventilation....replaced only turbo and manifold. Cylinder walls look fine from pulling spark plugs. I hope the seal isnt bad on exhaust of turbo... Only smokes when shifting around 3-5k..does not smoke when on it hard?? Does it bad when idles down road and then give it a little gas.. Im confused..oil feed line is a dash 3 line with reducer and drain line is a 1/2 inch hose near the bottom of oil pan(maybe need to be tapped higher?). Have crank case ventalation. I never had this problem with old turbo setup and like i said only changed turbo and mani...Ive had compression check and leak down about 3-4 years ago on old setup and checked good but new setup has less than 20 miles on it..ive done everything i could think of besides tear down motor..Every one says is some kind of feed or drain issue but dunno where to begin cuz didnt do it before????? Thank you for your help

Rob
