Any car with enough time and money can beat any other car. JDM was a fad and its dieing pretty quickly. Im sure it will still have its fans and anyone still into it will become more of a purist. Vdubs, Hondas, Nissans, they all have their hard parkers, ricers and cars that were done right. If you like to park hard, park hard as fuck, If you like big wings on your car, your clear for take off, but dont expect anyone else to like what you did to your car, do it because you like it...
