^ Santos, I completely understand what you're saying, and i agree. Honestly, I could put $10k into my engine if i wanted to, but i dont see that as being necessary for a daily driven vehicle that i drive 100 miles everyday to work in. I'm not looking for a crazy fast track car or anything of the sort, i am just looking for a little bit more power and all of my previous honda/acura's have been vtec, and i miss it. I am not ignorant as to what is required for reliability and so forth, and have no intentions on taking the "cheap" way out. However, i think that $1000 is more then enough to cover an LS Vtec conversion without compromising a reliable motor.
