Find a cheap head=350 or so
Ls headgasket=44$ felpro
Vtec oil line with adaptors=25$
Plug and tap the head oil passage=75cents
Ecu=depends on going to obd1 but urs is 01 so
Wireing =what ever some charges that knows how to run it
Then its ur own call if your going to change out the pistons for some pr3,and add some arp bolts and new bearing set=160$
There is no real set price I just 500 do to u saidnothing special u just wanted vtec firsst find a b16 head complete then go from there
