I've got an '01 integra with the B18B1 LS motor with 126k miles and would like to know what the total cost for the whole conversion would end up being? I know some ppl prefer B16 head and others recommend a GSR head. Some ppl seem to go all out on it, and others just do the basics.. which i know would most likely compromise the reliability in the long run. But anyway, I would like to get some advice/input from anyone that has done the ls vtec conversion and knows what they're talking about. Also, If i could just get a complete list of everything that i need, i would be willing to pay someone to do it properly. I have done plenty of research on it, but none of the information seems to be entirely accurate or detailed. I would like to keep as many stock components as possible on my engine, because it already runs perfectly as is. I just really miss having vtec lol i dont want to go crazy with it, because i am on a tight budget and this would have to be a fairly slow process.. So like i said, if anyone can give me very accurate details or would be willing to do all the work themselves, please give me a price quote. And please dont bother giving me some kind of outrageous pricing because like i said, I have done my research and i'm not ignorant.
