I did it because it was more or less free (bought a front clip) and did it myself. I wouldn't have paid anyone to do it for me though... the wow factor is pretty cool I guess, everyone checks out the car when I'm out, not just high school kids in 240sx's.

Mike I don't think arguing that JDM chassis are "different" is a great idea. If anything the JDM framerails are worse, they don't extend the whole length of the car!
