Theres no adjustment of the clutch on Hydraulic systems...It sounds like you have a sticking throwout bearing...Do you hear a whistling noise in neutral, when you have your foot off the clutch pedal?

The only thing you can do is pull the tranny off, inspect the parts, put a little Lube on the input shaft and replace the throwout bearing...

Just a Touch of lube since you don't want any oils on your clutch at all...
