The GTE swap into a IS300 is about 20K+, I believe the designs are a little different and require some modifications... not many of them here in the US
Look here for pics, and I know on their site somewhere they have a complete story line on how much this guy paid for it.. I know everything total came out to like $60,000+ including the car
