Sure, big cubes and a light car is a great combo. Yet I have run a sizable amount of NOS through my motor using only (93)pump gas. I have, up until recently, never had a plug problem. I also run much hotter and leaner than is recommended by NOS/NX and have had good results. Now that I am starting to really put the gas to it, I have started to have any issues(melted plugs and mid-track backfires).
Have you tried running less timming ?
