sohc dual point

okay so my car idles funny. when i push the clutch in the rev wont drop fast, it get stuck i guess. and if the car sits for a minute the idle will start mapping. the rev drops up and down. the idle control valve was just changed the computer is fine idk what it is.
what i think the problem is is that my throttle gets stuck.a


anybody have any ideas??
