i believe it is supposed to rain and be very cold tomorrow morning but thats locally after we meet up in tampa and go to phillippee park the rain should have stopped and the day should at least be tolerable- it bothers me when theres really good plans and mother nature has her own-lol , never the less My kids are off the grandma's sooo I'm there-but closer to 11
