Ive seen this done 10000000 times in 240s, mostly gutted ones because they take the rear speaker trays out.

Just take some thicker mesh shit, cut it to fit the speaker. Cut it to fit the hole, then bolt it on. Doesnt make the speaker poke out, and well it holds it fine.



This is why its called a privacy cover, so people don't see whats in your hatch. Putting speakers there makes people see/think that there is more under it to steal easier.
