What year? Grinding on cold-start up is a fault in the starter, it's a very common problem in the RSX. But mine has always does it and still works and people claim they go for a really long time before going bad. Bumper clips broken... Well you can jerry rig it and make it work or take them to a body shop or something and see what they say. Or just invest in some new bumpers that shouldn't run you anymore than like 500 dollars for both on CRSX. But 9k is still 2500 more than I paid for mine.... That thing better be a minty 04 with <70,000 on it...
