could be the igniter in the dizzy.. The guy who owned the car before me had the car towed to Honda. They put a new main relay and coil... next day it did the same thing and they put a fuel pump in it and new wires... Car died on the way home.. I took the igniter out of the parts car and poof, the car is still running to this day, That also fixed the tach not working and the overdrive problem he was having...
