Your oil rings have probably gone bad.
Time to re-ring the engine. A compression/leak-down test should tell the tale.

There is a product that is "supposed" to help with that, you add it in every oil change.

You're probably losing some power because of this, so it's best to 1. Not get on the car hard, because it will just get worse from here, and 2. Get it fixed ASAP.

Rings are about $100 bucks for the set from Acura, labor is going to be expensive however, anywhere from $400-$1000.

You can drive on this for a long time before anything really goes, your just going to be smoking more and more and burning more and more oil.... Just keep an eye on the dipstick.
