building a DSM like many others members i consider to be a mistake, with the eclipse i had swapping a 4g63 motor in to it was damn near impossible (this was also 8years ago) and it wouldn't have been worth it. the hatch i built cost me hardly anything and it was reliable and fun you could beat it all day and not worry about it. ether way my next car will be something with an LS2 or similar motor in it, why turbo/boost a car when you can just cram a giant American motor in it!

and dude u could still boost a v8 and make crazy power. If I were you back then instead of building the 420a, I would've bought a pontiac fiero swapped it with an LT1 motor and built a ferrari kit car
