it helps, i promise.. the only problem is, it holds moisture on humid days when you dont drive your car... this in itself can cause problems like holding the moisture up against the metal and cause it to oxidize faster than it would if it was unwrapped... tahts why header manufactureres dont warranty the headers if you wrap them.
but it still helps...
i drive my car everyday.If i miss a day then the 1,600degree EGT will dry up any moisture.
