Thanks, I had it done in 2006 by rynomobility.com which is in St. Pete and as you can see on the site.. They are the leaders in wheelchair accessible trucks & also do the Suburbans & Yukon XL & a rear entry van as well. But they do a few different models of trucks. I was actually on the way to their shop to order the lift kit I want early in 09' but something more important came up and I had to pay for that instead.
But if you contact them about anything, let them know that Charles Register referred you. They're great people, do top notch work & are happy to answer any questions you may have.
btw.. the back seat is fully functional and can be put down for use once I am locked into place. And the driver seat is on a base to make up for the cut out in the floor & is on wheels and locks into the same unit my chair does. That way if I need anyone to take it in for service for me, they can just put it in & drive it. As all of the pedals are still fully functional as well
