If your going to go turbo, you will swapping the entire drivetrain for a TII one. If not, I will bet you, you never get a turbo. You would have to do a custom turbo manifold, dp, etc etc etc. Plus your tranny, clutch, and rear end won't handle the power too long.
Now for what exhaust? The best sounding/performance would be to just get 2.5" exhaust straight back from the exhaust manifold to either a y-pipe and then 2 mufflers, or straight back to one muffler. If you get a header, you will get that tinny sound and it won't sound good no matter what.
