Thanks for your reply.

As far as the vent goes, the cover of the vent is what is about to fall off, not the vent itself. Adhesive will only help me to keep the vent cover on in the closed or open position, this is not the solution.

As I understand it my helmet has a 1 year warranty. Multiple moving parts on my helmet are failing; these failures are the result of simply putting my visor up and down and opening and closing the vents over the last six month, not misuse or accident, etc. Is this not covered under the product's manufacturer's warranty?

Thanks,
Ryan
Hi Ryan:

No it is not considered a defect of the helmet. These parts are considered as wear and tear. If you wish to proivde me a ship to address I can send out a new set of top vents to replace the old ones and a new set of HJ-09 base plates. There are different factors to why these parts breaks, I could understand if you had just gotten the helmet and the parts were already broken however the helmet has already been used more then 30 days.

If you wish for a refund/exchange/return please contact the dealer where this helmet was bought from and it will be up to them on how to determine this warranty.

Just got the parts today, woo. I still think it's bullshit that this isn't covered under warranty, seems like a defect to me especially since it doesn't seem anyone else has had problems like this. But I guess this just falls under "wear and tear." I'll just keep my visor down this time.

But points to their customer service for redeeming themselves!
