It's called a Speedway bar, after Speedway Engineering who make components. More of a trade name, really. Designing and building a swaybar isn't a exactly rocket science. The car already has a Progress bar on it. You'll know whether you want more or less roll resistance from there. Plus, the Progress bars actual figures are known. I don't see where the debate about this is.
