It's called a Speedway bar, after Speedway Engineering who make components. More of a trade name, really. Designing and building a swaybar isn't a exactly rocket science. The car already has a Progress bar on it. You'll know whether you want more or less roll resistance from there. Plus, the Progress bars actual figures are known. I don't see where the debate about this is. Something like this would be cool for quick sway bar tuning. That's probably why there's one in that Dog II article on MotoIQ. And if Dan's going with KW's, he'll probably need a bit of sway bar in there.
