I understand that there are bad cops and good cops. the truth is though, he did get off easy. most of the time they would have just shot him and called it a day. how often do you hear of a cop killer getting killed by the police? You ever watch COPS????? Im going to use this as an example only because I saw it on Cops and said this is a good senerio. A lot of shit on COPS is just for T.V (IMO)
Cops pull guy over or Cops look to the right or left and see this guy looking suspicious back at Cops and then runs off.
Cops chase him down, grab him and say why you running.
