If you want regulated and organized car meets, then go to an HIN event ONCE A YEAR. If you want to meet up with friends go to an applebees or something. If you want to go to a "car meet" then feel free to continue meeting at these weekly car meets......and if you dont like it, then leave. No one is forcing you to drive your car to a parking lot just so you can turn around and drive home a few hours later. Do not try to regulate something that cannot be regulated when you have no authority to do so.
