you know, no one on this site may have the authority to "regulate" what goes on at these meets, but the local law enforcement does, first of all meeting up in a parking lot can be considered "loitering", the cops let us have that so we dont do stupid shit like race in the parking lot, drift into curbs, drive into shopping carts, blow off explosives and pyrotechnics, or just plain scare the shit out of innocent customers trying to shop.

so for all the dumbasses out there, give your mom back her car, and stay home to play with yourself, or whatever it is you do that keeps you off the road.
