i got a DUI in the summer of 2007. They labeled me as a habitual offender because of that even though i had not gotten a ticket in over 5 years until the DUI.
I'm a bit rusty on law enforcement, but I could've sworn the max sentence for first time DUI as far as license was concerned (with no vehicular manslaughter involved or massive property damage) was 1 year suspension.
