Yes, I bought the bike like that. I have a whole room full of stuff ready to go on the bike. New tires, wheels, brakes, sprockets, brake lines etc. Waiting till I get everything together to pull the bike off the road, paint it, put the suspension and arm back to stock, and put all the goodies on.
