I bought a complete clip a few months ago from Canada. No issues getting it in
Osaka still gets them.
I have no idea where you'd get a bare clip though... maybe buy a complete clip and sell the motor/whatever else you don't need? More work, but I got my clip less than 2 weeks after I ordered it.
