I'm not as familiar with s14's as I am s13's so bear with me.... main things to look for is if your car isn't allready a 5 lug you either need to redrill the Z rotors or start planning a 5 lug swap off of a 5 lug S14. Also you need to make sure your wheels will clear the brakes or you'll need spacers or new wheels. Once thats all set its pretty much remove old and put on new, here is a good write up that I have saved....
